Why do I need a Pastor?

Have you missed church for the last two Sunday’s? Well if you have missed either the 1st or 2nd Sunday of June catch up as we have finished the newest teaching series “Why do I need a Pastor?”

Bishop Woods explained the importance of staying connected to a local church, maintaining a consistent relationship with your church family, and most importantly having a Pastor. Don’t take these things for granted.

Key Verses:

Ephesians 4:11-12

11 So Christ himself gave the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, the pastors and teachers, 12 to equip his people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up 13

Psalms 23

1 The LORD is my shepherd, I shall not be in want. 2 He makes me lie down in green pastures, he leads me beside quiet waters, 3 he restores my soul. He guides me in paths of righteousness for his name’s sake. 4 Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me. 5 You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies. You anoint my head with oil; my cup overflows. 6 Surely goodness and love will follow me all the days of my life, and I will dwell in the house of the LORD forever.

We encourage you to grab a copy of the message on cd or dvd due to the length of the 2 part series. You can follow by listening while going through and highlighting the key verses in your bible this summer!
